MiCROTEK, above all, is a night created to showcase Elektek's latest House and Techno releases, which in turn is providing you a night of the very best in underground electronic music.

From Deep Tech House right through to Techno, this is a party every tech head should know about and should definitely be at!!

At every MiCROTEK event will aim to invite very special guests who we think captures the sound of the label, Elektek Recordings and the sound of MiCROTEK!!

We also hope to stream the event live online, if technology is permitting of course...

* JIM MASTERS (HI-TEK-SOUL, BASE, INTEC RECORDS)

Jim Masters has been immersed in the UK dance scene since the mid 80’s. As DJ and promoter Jim has been responsible for some of the most popular nights in the UK. Probably most famous for BASE, one of the strongest and longest running techno nights in the UK, which Jim ran with Carl Cox for 7 years, it has proved ever more popular with regular nights in London at Velvet, The End & Europe plus events around the world. The cream of global DJ’s played there with the vibe and not the fee being the pulling factor.

Eversoul started his dj career in 1992 at Denver’s Fab Afterhours party alongside Hipp-E, a major influence on his sound to this day. * SCOTTY SLD (Sicknote, Upfrontdance.net)

* RICHARD HARMER (Inside Out, Contraband DJs)

Rich Harmer has been Djing & promoting in Brighton for over 5 years.

Part of the original Jack-It collective and now one half of the Contraband Djs, Rich is a veteran of the scene, having played alongside names such as Clive Henry, Nathan Coles & Eddie Richards.

As well co-promoting the infamous Inside Out brand, Rich is also focused on his personal passion for what he would call 'proper deep house music'. Influenced heavily by artists such as Kelvin K, Soul Minority, Jimpster, Matt Masters, Ethyl & Flori, to name but a few, his music is best decribed as deep & melodic.

Rich's deep house brand, Beyond, has established itself well on the underground scene, now residing monthly in the basement of the Globe. A true ambassador for deep house in brighton, Rich's DJ sets are seamlessly mixed in a style that only a true house music fan could produce.
